Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy – Our Unique Approach
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Early Changes (From Booking to 61 Days Before Arrival):
If you need to cancel your reservation during this period, we’ll apply a 20% cancellation fee, and the rest will be credited for your next trip valid for a period of 12 months.
Moderate Changes (From 60 Days to 31 Days Before Arrival):
For cancellations within this timeframe, there’s a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be credited for your next trip valid for a period of 12 months.
Last-Minute Changes (Within 30 Days of Your Arrival Date):
If something unexpected happens and you have to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a refund at this point.
Please Note:
If you’ve also booked airline tickets or other services through us, there may be additional fees associated with canceling those. We’ll let you know about these charges as soon as we can after we receive your cancellation request.
For group bookings or if you’ve exclusively booked a lodge, there might be special cancellation terms. Don’t worry; we’ll discuss those with you when you make your reservation.

Team building
No Show-Up, No Refund Policy
Once a team-building session is confirmed and payment is received, clients are responsible for ensuring their team’s attendance on the scheduled date.
Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds or credit transfers will be issued.
Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
This policy ensures proper planning and fair use of resources such as the purchase of materials, transport, venue and facilitators.
Client Agreement / Invoice Clause Version (Formal Contract Wording)
No Show-Up, No Refund Clause
Upon confirmation of a booking and receipt of payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that failure by any or all participants to attend the scheduled team-building session will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
No refunds, credit notes, or alternative dates will be provided for no-shows.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled session and are subject to approval based on logistical feasibility and availability.
